When can I expect to receive my lamp?

Every Roopu lamp is handled with care. Typically, orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, you can expect your architectural piece to arrive within 5-10 business days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as it begins its journey to you.

How will my lamp be delivered?

To ensure your lamp arrives in pristine condition, we partner exclusively with premium global couriers. Each package is double-boxed and secured with protective sustainable padding, designed to withstand the rigours of international transit while maintaining a luxury unboxing experience.

Where do you ship to?

We currently offer worldwide shipping to most destinations. Whether you are in Europe, North America, or Asia, we strive to bring Roopu’s light to your doorstep. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at hello@roopu.co.uk.

What if the lamp is damaged in transit?

While we take extreme precautions, accidents can happen. If your lamp arrives with any signs of damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product. We will arrange a priority replacement for you immediately at no extra cost.

What happens if something goes wrong with my lamp?

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. All Roopu lamps come with a comprehensive 2-year warranty covering any manufacturing or electronic defects. Simply reach out to our support team, and we will ensure your lamp is repaired or replaced.

Can I choose my own shade colour?

Currently, our lamps come in carefully curated signature finishes designed to complement architectural interiors. However, we do offer limited edition releases. Stay tuned to our newsletter for upcoming customisation options.

When will you be releasing new shade versions?

Innovation is at the heart of Roopu. We release new shade collections and material finishes seasonally. Follow us on our social channels or subscribe to our "Essence Updates" to be the first to know about new drops.

Can I use the one lamp outdoors?

The One Lamp is designed primarily as an interior architectural piece. While it is portable and can be used on a dry patio during an evening event, it should not be exposed to rain, extreme humidity, or left outdoors overnight to preserve its fine finish.

How sustainable is the one lamp?

Sustainability is integrated into our design philosophy. We use recyclable aluminium, energy-efficient LED technology, and 100% plastic-free packaging. Our lamps are built to last a lifetime, reducing the environmental impact of disposable lighting.

Does the one lamp price include import taxes or shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. For international orders outside the UK, please note that import duties or local taxes may be applied by your country's customs office, which are the responsibility of the customer.
